President of Country Places, Inc.
(Also Managing Partner of Volunteer Land)
Brian started in this business in 1977. It was his desire to find a way in which young people, those with only limited up-front cash available, and others who have experienced past financial difficulties could “have a little piece of land of their own.” Thus the 100% financing concept came about. On the other hand, he did not want to exclude those buyers who elected to pay cash, had a down payment, or who elected to finance elsewhere. For those reasons we offer the opportunity to buy down the interest rate or give a discount from the published prices for cash buyers. Brian lives in Knoxville, TN, and manages to stay involved on a daily basis, particularly in the choosing and acquisition of tracts to be sub-divided.
Brian..: "I've learned a good deal is a good deal only when it's a good deal for both parties."

Land Specialist - Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama
(Also President and General Manager, Country Acres Inc.)
Glenn and Lisa are a husband and wife team that relocated to Tennessee using Country Places with the owner financing program. After learning how easy the whole process was and learning the benefits from the program, they both decided to take an offer to work with Country Places and to help other families and individuals achieve their goals and dreams like they were able to. They enjoy going the extra mile to help families own property they have always dreamed of owning. The one thing they both have done is always used traditional mortgages, but found more honesty and less red tape with a small company and wish to pass this on to the customers. Both Glenn and Lisa are familiar with all of our land selection from the golf course lots to the off grid farms. They both love to meet new customers and enjoy telling their story of how their lives have changed forever thanks to Country Places.
Glenn & Lisa..: "I've learned that young people need old people's love, respect, and knowledge of life, and that old people need the love, respect, and strength of young people."
