Mine Rock Road
Three (3) 18+ to 23+ acre unrestricted tracts have just been released approximately 7 miles southeast of Oneida, Tennessee. The tracts start at the corner of Minerock Road and Paint Rock Road [Highway 456 (both county maintained roads)] outside of Oneida, TN. These tracts are located approximately 10 minutes from Oneida and Huntsville, TN and approximately 45 minutes from Knoxville. The tracts are ideally are close to great outdoor recreational activities [Big South Fork National Recreational Area (30 minutes away), Royal Blue Wildlife Management Area (30 minutes) and Obed Wild and Scenic River (60 minutes), etc. The topography of the tracts ranges from flat to gentle rolling pasture areas to hilly to steep wooded areas with plateaus. The pasture areas can easily be reclaimed with a good bushhogging. Two of the tracts have springs, and one has creek (Phillips Branch) running through it. One of the tracts has a naturally formed pond that could easily be made larger. You can drive onto 2 of these tracts with a little bushhogging. The area was mined in the past and some heavy underbrush is located on the tracts but is easily bushhogged. City water and electricity is available along Mine Rock Road.
