Bailey Hollow tracts are in a nice location in Tazewell, TN. It is in Claiborne County just a couple of minutes outside of town. Tazewell would have everything you need including shopping, groceries, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Knoxville is only an hour south and Norris and Cherokee Lakes are a short drive. This is a great location in an up and coming part of East Tennessee.
Tracts at Bailey Hollow range from 5+ acres to 15 acres. Some tracts front a paved road and some front a brand new gravel drive. Tracts are both open and wooded. Some tracts provide some fantastic views of the mountains in the distance. Wildlife is abundant in this area especially deer and turkey. This land would be ideal for a house or cabin. Basically, no pig/chicken farms, junk/salvage yards, or like nuisances. Houses should be 850 square feet at the minimum and only double wide mobile homes are allowed. They must not be older than 5 years and will need a permanent foundation. Power is at the front of each tract. A well and septic will be needed for water and sewer.
