On most all of our land, we offer 100% OWNER FINANCING with only $300 to cover all closing costs. Country Places, Inc. will finance a tract of land for up to 30 years with no prepayment penalties. In addition, anything paid over the regular payment will go towards the principal. The interest rate with nothing down starts at 10.25% and can be bought down with a down payment. For every 5% put down, the rate is lowered 1%. The lowest rate is 6.25% with at least 20% down. For those that wish to purchase 2 tracts, at least a 5% down payment is required. We offer this flexible owner financing to make it easier for people to purchase land. We keep our contracts simple and straightforward with no hidden fees. Everything can be done via mail with notarized signatures. Going to the bank for a land loan is often difficult, very time consuming and even with a sizeable down payment the interest rates are often very high. We are here to help you attain your dream of owning a little piece of the country.

Here is an example of how a 20 year loan for $25,000 would work:

0% down has a 10.25% interest rate and a monthly payment of $224.03
5% down ($1250) has a 9.25% interest rate and a monthly payment of $195.39
10% down ($2500) has a 8.25% interest rate and a monthly payment of $169.03
15% down ($3750) has a 7.25% interest rate and a monthly payment of $144.96
20% down ($5000) has a 6.25% interest rate and a monthly payment of $123.14

These payments are based on a 20 year loan but we can go shorter or longer (up to 30 years) to suit the buyer.

There are no prepayment penalties with our loans and any extra paid per month goes to principal.
