Belgin's Run tracts are in a fantastic location in Bulls Gap, TN. It is in Hawkins County just 10 minutes from Interstate 81. Morristown, Rogersville, and Greenville, Tennessee are all 25 minutes or less from these tracts and would have everything you need including shopping, groceries, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Knoxville is only an hour west and the Tri-Cities area (Johnson City, Bristol, and Kingsport) are only an hour east.
