Four Creeks tracts are in a nice location in Lancing, TN. It is in Morgan County about 8 miles outside of Wartburg, TN. Crossville is about 35 minutes away and would have everything you need including shopping, groceries, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Knoxville is only an hour east. This is a great location in an up and coming part of East Tennessee.
