These are nice, level to gently rolling tracts in Grimsley, TN. The tracts are wooded and some have cleared homesites. The frontage is on gravel Wyman Beatty Rd. just off of Banner-Roslin Rd. There is water and power available at the road. Crossville and I-40 are about 25 miles from the properties. Chattanooga, TN is about 2 hours to the south. Knoxville is about 1.5 hours to the east and Nashville is about 2 hours to the west. Mobile homes are allowed on the tracts and the restrictions are minimal.
