These tracts are located in Hancock County, Tennessee. Closest towns are Sneedville and Tazewell 20 to 25 minutes away and would have everything you need. These tracts range in size from 5 acres all the way up to 17 acres. Some provide some beautiful views of the foothills.

Most all touch the paved road and some have an owners' maintained access road that gets you to the top of each tract. This saves you the time and money trying to get a driveway built. Power is at the road and a septic and well will be needed for sewer and water.

These are some great tracts that are typical of the East Tennessee hills. Good homesites and restrictions are very minimal. Location is nice and private yet not too far from town.

Go north on hwy 33 into Tazewell, turn right on hwy 345 (also called Cedar Fork), go about 8.5 miles, turn right on hwy 63, go to end of road, turn right on hwy 63 again, go 9/10ths of a mile, turn left on Rebel Hollow, go 1.5 miles and property is on both sides of the road
