These are great, wooded tracts in a really nice location in Southwest Virginia. This is just off of Hwy 58. Both the Tennessee and Kentucky borders are a short drive away. Middlesboro, KY is about 10 minutes away and would have everything you need including groceries, shopping, pharmacies, clinic, banks, etc. Tazewell, TN is also a good size town and is approximately 20 minutes away.

These tracts are mostly all wooded and some have nice views. There is a creek running across the front of these tracts that would be a great water source. Tracts range in size from just over 4 acres to 5+ acres. Septic would be needed for sewer. A country setting located close to town.
